Purchasing district: Fairfield City School District

Bid Opening Date: April 25, 2025 @ 11:00 AM.

The Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) is representing the Fairfield City School District (District) in the purchase of new school buses.

A bid for up to eight new 78-passenger size conventional buses, and 3 new 54 plus 3 w/c special needs conventional buses.

The District will issue a purchase order upon Board approval of the selected proposal. Completed vehicles shall be delivered at the earliest possible date.

Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Doug Palmer,   at the address listed above, and must be clearly marked:                     PROPOSAL FOR SCHOOL BUS/Fairfield City. 

The bids must be received by 11:00 AM, Friday April 25, 2025.  Bids  will be opened immediately thereafter at the offices of the OSBA. Vendors are invited to attend the opening. Virtual link will be supplied to vendors submitting  a proposal.
