- Bellefontaine City appointed Karen Wilson to the board effective Feb. 18. She replaced Rick Reed who resigned in January.

Superintendents
- Forest Hills Local (Hamilton) Superintendent Larry R. Hook announced his resignation effective July 31.
- Midview Local (Lorain) hired Director of Pupil Services Meredith Udris as interim superintendent. She will replace Dr. Frank Major who announced his resignation effective May 1.
- Vermilion Local (Erie) hired Interim Superintendent Wes Weaver as superintendent effective immediately.
