• Mad River Local (Montgomery) hired Christopher Fox as treasurer effective Aug. 1, 2026. He will replace Jerry T. Ellender who is retiring. Fox is currently treasurer at the Montgomery County ESC.
• Youngstown City hired Dr. Michael A. Rock as treasurer effective Jan. 1. He is currently treasurer at Warrensville Heights City.

• Former Bright Local (Highland) Board of Education member Lloyd Roberts Naylor II died Nov. 1. He was 93.
