To increase appropriations for the Campus Student Safety Grant Program for the biennium ending June 30, 2027.
To allow political subdivisions, special districts, and state institutions of higher education to elect to apply the Prevailing Wage Law to public improvement projects and to increase the threshold amount that triggers application of the Law for certain state public improvements.
Relative to truancy and contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.
To enact the Future Educators Support Act regarding financial support for student teachers and teaching as an in-demand job.
Regarding public utilities law, to make changes regarding utility tangible personal property taxation, and to repeal parts of H.B. 6 of the 133rd General Assembly.
To phase-down the state income tax to a flat rate of 2.75% over two years.
Regards instruction for public and chartered nonpublic school students in the harmful effects of substance use.
To prohibit a public employer from providing paid leave or compensation for a public employee to engage in certain union activities.
To prohibit agreements that restrain engaging in a lawful profession or business after the conclusion of an employment relationship.
To permit community foundations to create component funds of any charitable funds received by public schools and to classify some funds held by a community foundation as institutional funds.
