Recruiting and selecting a superintendent, treasurer or other key administrators takes time and expertise, which is why the selection procedure and process must be planned carefully. OSBA has developed a service to help boards prepare for that decision. The service includes processing applications; providing complete, confidential administrative support; making interview appointments; facilitating input sessions with stakeholders and the community; and critiquing board interview techniques.
