Nominations and applications by qualified candidates are encouraged. Candidates are asked to submit:

• A letter emphasizing qualifications and recent achievements, reasons for interest
• A completed application form, which can be obtained from OSBA upon request
• An up-to-date resume
• A copy of a current Ohio Certificate for this position or evidence that one is obtainable.
• Credentials and placement papers
• Five OSBA Search Reference Forms, also available from OSBA
