OSBA seeks to raise the profile of boardmanship and encourage high-caliber candidates to run for office. The association publishes a Board Candidate Kit as a guide for those seeking office. In addition, Board Candidate Workshops are held throughout the state to provide information about boardmanship and to answer questions from candidates.
