Policy manual rewrite services

These services are provided to assist districts in a full review of their entire policy manual for alignment with changes to law and local practice. Tiered service offerings provide options to meet all member needs. 

Premium service

• policy development with district staff and up to 25 hours of direct consultation
• review of current policy manual; a collective bargaining agreements; and student and staff handbooks
• provide legally required regulations
• highly customizable approach to accommodate districts with unique needs and more detailed practices and procedures

Standard service

• policy development with district staff and up to 15 hours of direct consultation
• review of current policy manual; a collective bargaining agreements; and student and staff handbooks

Review service

• primarily available to districts that have completed either the Standard or Premium services within the last five years
• review and revise current policy manual with up to 15 hours of direct consultation

Basic service

• designed for policy development by district staff alone
• provides a copy of the full OSBA sample manual
