Administrative Assistant

The Ohio School Boards Association is seeking applications for the full-time position of Administrative Assistant of Board and Management Services. Responsibilities include performing general support services, word processing, copying, filing, proofreading, preparing correspondence, maintaining division records and preparing and tracking invoices for the division's services. Administrative Associate

The Ohio School Boards Association has an immediate opening for a part-time (20 hours/week) Administrative Associate. Primary responsibilities will include performing general support services, word processing, copying, filing, proofreading, preparing correspondence, working in the association's database and working collaboratively over the phone and in person with the association's members and staff. IT Support Assistant
The Ohio School Boards Association is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Assistant. Responsibilities include responding to basic technical requests from users, data input and export operations, user training and assisting with printing and mailing. Candidates should possess fluency in Windows and Mac operating systems, experience with data entry and be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills are required. Candidate must also possess a high attention to detail and be self-motivated. Communication Services Deputy 

The Ohio School Boards Association is seeking a deputy director of communication services whose primary responsibilities include overseeing public relation campaigns and media relations, OSBA website and social media and AV production; write articles and develop publications; assist with developing communication plans; and prepare, present training programs and seminars; and assisting in the management and oversight of the Communication Services Division. Degree in journalism, communication, public relations, marketing or associated field is preferred.
