In a joint effort, the Buckeye Association of School Administrations, the Ohio School Boards Association and Neola are bringing together experts in the fields of technology and Ohio school law to offer a seminar addressing many of the legal and practical issues that are challenging school districts today as a result of students and staff using and misusing technology, specifically social media. This seminar will provide the information and background needed to assist school leaders in addressing these critical issues including internet safety for students and staff, social media policies, archiving electronic communications and public records and best practices on data security.
