You will hear from experienced OSBA staff in this one-day condensed workshop that will focus on boardmanship, governance, legal, policy and advocacy issues. Learn about the important aspects of board work, frequently asked legal questions, how board policies help govern your district and how to be an effective legislative and student achievement advocate for your students. Discover the resources OSBA has to help you in your first year, your first term and beyond. Registration fee includes the book "Boardmanship."
