To allow school district boards of education to terminate property leases with community schools when they change sponsors. 
 

To make an appropriation for grants to support the employment of social workers at educational service centers.

To enact the "Decriminalization Effort For Ending Notorious Deaths -- Teachers With Options (DEFEND-TWO)" to allow a concealed handgun licensee or qualified military member to carry a concealed handgun in certain public premises, to reduce the penalty for a concealed handgun licensee who carries a concealed handgun in a prohibited place, and to prohibit public employers and universities from disciplining employees or students who lawfully carry a concealed handgun on the premises.

Regarding the circumstances in which school district and educational service center treasurers may be held liable for a loss of public funds.

With regard to the operation of internet- and computer-based community schools and to require the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review to review the Department of Education’s manual on full-time equivalency student enrollment reporting.1

With regard to mental health services in public and nonpublic schools, to require school districts to employ school psychologists and intervention specialists, to provide an additional state payment to school districts for school psychologist and intervention specialist services, and to make an appropriation. 

With regard to breakfast programs at public schools.

Regarding appropriations to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and to require the Commission and the Department of Education to study the status of school buildings regarding air conditioning, accessibility, school safety, and other amenities. 

To require the State Board of Education to develop and adopt health education standards for grades kindergarten through twelve and to require only venereal disease education standards and curriculum adopted by the State Board to be approved by concurrent resolution of the General Assembly. 

To enact the "Allison Rose Suhy Act" with regard to food allergy training for public schools and institutions of higher education.
