ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL AND THEIR DEPENDENTS

The OSBA Insurance Agency LLC offers Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to school district administrative personnel and their dependents at affordable rates.  The following types of coverage are available for purchase:

  • Business Travel AD&D:  Coverage applies when you are performing the duties of your job, either on or off school district premises.  This does not include commuting to and from work or during time off from work.
